"Not totally convinced it’s licensed"
I picked up a Naruto hoodie, but after looking around for maybe a few minutes, I couldn’t really find anything that clearly showed it was officially licensed. I reached out to support and their reply was kind of vague, so I’m still not fully convinced. The hoodie itself is fine, but I don’t really trust the licensing claim.

"Sizing is all over the place"
I ordered two items in the exact same size, and they fit completely differently. One was super tight and the other was weirdly baggy, so I don’t know how I’m supposed to trust the size chart. When I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for picking the wrong size instead of acknowledging the inconsistency. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy to figure out, honestly. I didn’t really have any trouble finding what I needed or getting through it, but it did feel kind of slow at times, like I was just waiting around a little more than I expected. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed while using it.

"Exchange was slower than I’m used to"
I did end up getting my exchange, so that part worked out, but the replies took longer than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, the communication felt a bit slow

"Not as comfy as I hoped"
I was kind of let down by the fabric. It felt stiff and a little scratchy against my skin, not soft like I thought it would be. After wearing it for a while, I just wanted to take it off because it wasn’t really working for me. It looks fine, but comfort matters a lot to me, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return was basically fine"
The return went smoothly overall. It took a few days before I really saw any updates, which felt a little weird, but in the end the refund came through and everything was fine. I don’t have much to complain about, honestly.

"Refund came through, but I had to stay on top of it"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice just to make sure it didn’t get overlooked, which was a little frustrating. I’m glad it got sorted in the end, but I’d definitely recommend keeping track of your request and checking in if you don’t hear back.

"I’ve liked Hypland for a while..."
I’ve liked Hypland for a while, so I was genuinely bummed about this. I placed an order and kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated and the package still hasn’t shown up. I reached out to customer service hoping they’d help clear it up, but it didn’t really get me anywhere. I want to keep supporting the brand because I do like their stuff, but this whole delivery experience has made me hesitant to order again

"Shipping was actually quick"
My order actually showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only thing is the tracking updated a little late, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was at first. Overall though, it was a good experience.

"I’ll give it this: the hoodie looks pretty..."
I’ll give it this: the hoodie looks cool, and the design definitely caught my eye. But once I actually got it, the quality felt a little suspicious, like the photos were doing some serious undercover work. The fabric is thinner than I expected, and after just one wash it already started looking worn, which feels way too soon. The print looks nice for now, but I have a feeling it’s not going to survive long. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but for the price, I expected something sturdier. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Sizing felt a little smaller than expected"
I liked it overall, but the sizing was a bit off for me. It runs a little small, so I’d probably size up next time. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind. I actually tried it on right before heading out to grab coffee, and then forgot I was even checking the fit because my dog started barking at a squirrel outside. Anyway, cute item, just snug

I used to be into Hypland, but my last order just annoyed me. I mean, I used to, actually, I really did like the brand, but the stuff looked way cooler online than it felt in person, especially for the price.
Shipping took longer than I expected, and the whole ordering process was just more frustrating than it should’ve been. For what they charge, I thought it would feel a lot better overall. I probably won’t be ordering from HYPLAND again.

"Cool ideas, but the site feels a bit messy"
I really wanted to like the site because some of the clothes do look interesting, but the overall design felt kind of all over the place to me.
A few pages had too much going on, and the images and text didn’t always feel balanced. When I’m shopping, especially if the prices aren’t exactly cheap, I want the browsing experience to feel easy and polished.
The style isn’t bad, and I can see what they’re going for, but it just doesn’t feel very clean or put together. For a brand with bold visuals, I expected the website to look a little more refined.

"Nice stuff, just a little pricey"
I’ll admit, the items are nice and the quality seems good. I just wish the prices were a bit lower. I still ended up liking what I got, but it was one of those purchases where I had to talk myself into it a little.

"The order tracking was easy..."
The order tracking was easy to follow, which I really appreciated because I like knowing where my package is and not having to wonder. It did take a little while for the first scan to show up, so I was slightly unsure at first, but after that the updates were helpful and I could see where it was most days. Overall, it was a reassuring experience.

"Loved the Designs, Just Wish My Size Was Around"
I was scrolling through Hypland and got excited because a bunch of the designs caught my eye right away. I had a couple pieces picked out in my head, but when I went to choose my size, most of them were already sold out. I checked back later hoping they’d restock, but no luck. It was a little frustrating because the stuff is genuinely cool, I just couldn’t actually grab what I wanted. Overall I still like the brand, I just wish they kept more sizes in stock.
